The Coca-Cola Santa was created in 1931 by famed illustrator Haddon Sundblom for the Coca-Cola Company. For the next 35 years, Sundblom painted portraits of Santa that helped to create the modern image of Santa. The image featured on this collectible tin was originally used on 1903 change trays. It depicts what is referred to as the COCA-COLA straight-sided bottle.
