Rare Vintage 1990's Chris Reeve Project 1 model distributed by Blackjack Knives Inc. This one is serial #44 and was handmade in S. Africa by Chris. This was purchased from a collector who had numerous one piece models in the old days, but slowly has liquidated all of them. There was slight rust on the handle and smallest spec of rust on the blade and after careful consideration it was sent back to the mothership for a spa treatment as trying to remove the rust from the handle would have damaged the Kalgard coating. Project I has undergone authentication, recoating, and sharpening. Additionally, the lanyard has been replaced along with a new Hex Butt Cap installed. It will come with both Hex Butt caps along with an original makers card.
