Mr. Yoshimi Kotoh is a custom knife maker from Kyushu Island, Japan. He has over 40 years of knife making experience and is an early member of the JKG (Japanese Knife Guild). Mr Kotoh has recently retired from the Japanese Defence Force, and can now put his full efforts into knife production. As each item is hand crafted, variations in wood, horn colour and design are normal and are not considered flaws. The handles may be lighter or darker than illustrated.
