- Customers have 7 days to return the item from the date of arrival of your package as per the shipping company. Please contact us before sending any item back.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was ours.
- All items being returned must be in Original condition with packaging and ensure you have insured the package. If we don't receive it, there really isn't much we can do.
- There is a 5% for Credit Cards and 7% for Sezzle restocking fee for any returns and if the mistake was ours you will not be charged the restocking fee.
- We are quite easy going but cancellations of orders prior to shipping have increased and therefore we will now be charging a 5% for Credit Cards and 7% for Sezzle restocking fee on orders that were cancelled prior to shipping.
- Pre-Order items requiring a deposit cannot be refunded as stated at the time of placing said order.
