IThis SOG Flash II features a spectrum finished AUS-8 steel blade and aluminum handle. As you push the ambidextrous thumb stud SOG's Spring Assisted Technology (S.A.T.) takes over with smooth and quick deployment of the blade. The Flash II blade is easy to release from the open position with the sliding button on the handle which disengages the piston lock mechanism. Another great feature on the Flash series is the side mounted safety tab to prevent a misfire.
